Why this exists

Most planners are not short of templates. They are short of sheets that talk to each other.

A free template gives you an empty grid. You still have to work out the formulas, the buffer, the GST, the per-plate maths and what happens when the family changes the guest count on Thursday. These files already know.

A notebook and WhatsApp

What most planners use

  • Numbers recalculated by hand, at night
  • No idea what each wedding actually earned
  • Only you know what happens next
  • Payment due dates live in your head

A 20,000-template pack

What the ads sell

  • Thousands of files, nothing for your trade
  • Blank grids you still have to build
  • Dollar formats, western event logic
  • Impressive number on the ad

The Wedding Planner's Toolkit

What you are looking at

  • 105 tools, every one for wedding work
  • Formulas already written and tested
  • Rupees in lakh and crore, per-plate maths
  • Haldi to vidai, baraat timings, guest stay
Real sheets, not mockups

05 Master Budget

The budget that argues back

Type the family's number once. Every category, every vendor payment and every change rolls up to one line that says how much room is left. When a head goes over, it turns red before the family finds out, not after.

  • Over and under shown per category
  • Payments made against payments due
  • One number you can say out loud on a call

03 Quotes and Packages

Quote in four minutes, not an evening

Pick the package, set the guest count, adjust the lines you want. Your margin is calculated as you type, so you find out the quote is too thin before you send it.

  • Three package tiers, editable
  • Margin shown live on every line
  • Print-ready quote on one page

12 Function Run Sheets

A run sheet your team can actually follow

Minute by minute, with the person responsible against every line. Print it, hand it to the stage manager, and stop being the only person who knows what happens next.

  • Separate sheet per function
  • Owner against every single step
  • Built to print on one sheet of A4
12 Function Run Sheets — Sangeet
12 Function Run Sheets — Sangeet
06 Guest List and RSVP

One row per guest, and it adds itself up

Side, family, invited, confirmed, stay needed, gift received. Counts per function update as you mark people off, and the catering sheet reads the numbers straight from here.

  • Confirmed counts per function, live
  • Stay and transport needs flagged per guest
  • Feeds headcount, catering and rooms
06 Guest List and RSVP — Master Guest List
19 Money per Wedding

What you actually earned on each wedding

Every cost against every rupee received, per wedding. Most planners find out here that the wedding they were proudest of made the least money.

  • Real margin, not estimated margin
  • Loss-making jobs flagged in red
  • A record you can price the next wedding from

17 Wedding Day Control

The one page you hand over on the day

Contacts, timings, payments still pending and who is carrying what. If you are not on site, your coordinator still has everything in their hand.

  • Everything the on-site lead needs
  • Pending payments visible on the day
  • Works printed, with no internet

Questions

Before you pay

Do I need to know Excel?

No. Every cell you are meant to touch is yellow. Grey cells calculate themselves. Each workbook opens on a Start Here sheet that tells you which tool to use and in what order, and 105 cells carry a note explaining what to put there.

Will it work in Google Sheets?

Yes. Upload the file to Google Drive and open it with Sheets. Dropdowns, colour rules and formulas carry over. Excel 2016 or newer, Microsoft 365, WPS Office and LibreOffice all open these files too.

Is this for Indian weddings specifically?

Yes. Rupee formatting with lakh and crore grouping, per-plate catering maths, separate run sheets for haldi, mehendi, sangeet, pheras and reception, baraat and vidai timings, guest-stay blocks for outstation families, and a destination wedding module with guest airfare in the total.

What if a formula breaks?

Every one of the 15,458 formulas was recalculated and checked, then checked a second time with every sample value deleted, so the files work empty. If you still find a file that errors, email us and you get a fixed file or your money back.

Are the numbers in the screenshots real?

They are sample weddings we filled in so the sheets are not empty in the pictures. The video on this page is the real file recalculating: we changed the wedding guest count and recorded what the workbook did. You clear the samples and type your own.

Can I use these for client work?

Yes, inside your own business, for as many weddings and clients as you like. You may not resell the files, repackage them or give them away. The licence line is written inside every workbook.

Is it a subscription?

No. ₹299 once. The files are yours, sitting on your own computer. Nothing expires, nothing renews, and nothing stops working if you never hear from us again.

How do I get the files?

Pay by UPI, card, netbanking or wallet through Cashfree. The download page opens as soon as the payment clears, and the same link is emailed to you. The download is one zip containing 21 Excel files and the agreement template.

Do I get an invoice?

Yes, a GST invoice in the name you enter at checkout.
